- Provide a progress report that operate on a monthly basis or more frequently as needed
- Lead, coordinate and motivate the project team to carry out their respective functions
- Provide a feasibility study and monitor product budgets
Requirements :: - Possess Degree / Diploma in C&S, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in the property development industry.
- Those with lower qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
- Must have initiative and be proactive in problem solving and trouble-shooting.
