- - Responsible to assist Purchasing Manager in the daily operation
- Responsible to ensure the proper implementation of purchasing procedure and maintenance of the records
- Responsible to prepare purchase order
- Administration of purchase requisitions, quotation, price comparison, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, supplier lists and supplier profiles.
- Responsible to ensure supplier consistently deliver on time with high quality of products / services
- Responsible to manage the sourcing of new supply bases for competitive pricing, quality and reliable products
- Responsible to liaison with purchase requesters and suppliers in the purchasing processes
- Requirements :
- - Minimum SPM
- 2 - 3 years working experience in relevant field
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to communicate in English, B.Malaysia, Mandarin and some local Chinese dialects
- Experience in Procurement in electrical will be an added advantage
