Description :: - Plan, implement and monitor the weekly programme so that the overall project programme is achieved.
- Execute & coordinate site activities. Ensure that projects or tasks assigned are completed on time.
- Regular work inspection and quality assurance.
- Assist project manager in liaising and coordination with the Consultants, Contractors and Authorities.
- Keep proper record of site diary.
- Liaise and attend meeting with sub-contractors and/or suppliers, daily and/or weekly site meeting.
- To overseeing the defects works.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned as and when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Certificate in Building & Construction
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them and using them as a reference when inspecting work
- Well versed in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word , AutoCad & Projects
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
