Description :: - Report minor faults on site to Property Services.
- To maintain the security of the premises including the operation of security lighting and fire and burglar alarm systems.
- To help manage the site maintenance budget, ensuring adherence to 'Best Value' including preparing cost estimates and expenditure monitoring, in particular ensuring efficient expenditure on proposed projects and on the purchase of supplies and promptly identifying any variation from planned situations.
- To undertake basic regular inspections of the site and buildings and to assess and inform the Head Teacher / Officer in Charge of maintenance and improvement requirements, including the reporting of defects in buildings, furniture and fittings as required by regulations or the instructions of the headteacher / Officer in Charge. (Advice must be sought from a surveyor for structural problems / alterations).
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at leat a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma ,Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering ( Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (high rise or mixed development project)
- Preferable Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent
- To manage, liaise and coordinate with the consultants and contractor on all site matters
- Responsible for overseeing the project construction activities, site safety and site progress
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
