Description :: - Responsible to lead and manage consultancy projects.
- Responsible to develop the master programme for project implementation.
- Responsible to assign resources to project teams.
- Responsible to check, manage and monitor project delivery schedules.
- Responsible to ensure compliance to project management processes, procedures, project document adherence and budget.
- Responsible to monitor and to review delivery channels as well as performance of project teams.
- Responsible to liaise and communicate closely with client, project team members, delivery partners, vendors and cross-functional teams and organization.
- Responsible to perform project closure activities upon completion by providing report/evaluation and recommended solutions to enhance the efficiency for future projects
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant related working experience especially in project management with knowledge in Interior Design / Architectural details will be an added advantage
- Preferably familiar with building codes and regulations.
- Have experience in managing a large to medium sized team of Interior Designers / Design Architects.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership of assignments and able to identify client needs for continuing business relationship.
- Thorough understanding on, and demonstrably be able to effectively apply quality management, methodical, articulate and with good finance acumen.
- Required languages (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Must possess own transportation for outstation projects
- Able to work flexible hours
- Good knowledge of contractual practices.
- Must familiar with Microsoft Project or related software
