Description :: • Overall event Coordination of major training course and special events.
• Layout of Program flow.
• Handle activities enrollment and coordinate with hotel booking.
• Coordination of System Education Request and printing of attendance certificate.
• Surveys the feedbacks of events evaluate, analyze, and make a report analysis.
• Preside over designing training presentation slides using PowerPoint or other utility software if necessary.
• Photo-shooting or video-shooting during event ongoing, if necessary
• Sourcing for new ideas of special events.
• Preside over designing training presentation slides using PowerPoint or other utility software if necessary.
• Prepare NDO & NDS Attendance Certificate.
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communications / Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent or
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Event Organizing, Media Planning or Marketing Field.
• Excellent PR, strong organizing, planning and communication skills
• Computer literate, be accomplished in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is essential.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Posses a valid driving license and a car
