Description :: • Fully responsible for organizing and promoting events for the Company.
• Propose, plan and implement all Company activities including communication programs, annual dinner, advertising and promotions, marketing events (such as seminar, workshop, exhibition) and etc.
• Assist in content development for Company publications, website, corporate advertisement and etc.
• Summarize report for effectiveness of marketing projects and activities.
• To recruit, supervise, manage and lead marketing personnel, e.g. Promoters for events and road show.
• To liaise with suppliers, agencies, media for all the marketing events.
• To assist in other marketing events and activities as per discussed and assigned in the marketing team.
• Performed any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight time scales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work during off-office hours.
• Willing to travel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent
