Description :: 1. Exceptional oral and writing skills, in English and Mandarin.
2. Compose press release scripts and other promotional materials.
3. Attend to customers' phone or email queries and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Querying databases and generating list build strategies.
5. Provide on-site support during trainings or conferences.
6. Conduct detailed response analysis and formulate suitable marketing strategies Source for key partner for sponsorship.
7. Working closely with other internal departments (conference production, database, operations) to achieve project objectives.
Requirements :: 1. Diploma or above; preferably majored in Linguistic (English), Marketing, Customer Service,
Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Behavioral Studies, and etc.
2. Strong communication skills, fluent and excellent command of English.
3. Good decision maker with strong planning and good understanding of process to manage
multiple priorities and task.
4. Disciplined, highly motivated, result-driven strategic thinker, efficient and persuasive.
