With an appealing blend of research, planning, copy writing and communication, a Conference Producer will be responsible for the successful execution of our conferences and trainings.

Playing a vital role in every aspect of a conference, you are in-charge of the conceptualization right up to its eventual delivery. Governed by deadlines, you must have a penchant for details and the ability to manage relationships and build contacts.

We are looking for individuals who are spirited and fun to join our team of passionate producers. We take pride in doing our job right and look forward to welcome like minded people to join us!

• Being aware of the latest development in the business market
• Conduct meticulous research and thorough analysis of critical information
• Plan and develop commercially viable conference programs
• Copy-write conference programs that are solution oriented, keeping in mind the needs of the market
• Constantly in control of the quality of the conference by addressing pertinent topics with renowned speakers
• Project lead and work closely with publishing, editorial, sponsorship, and operations to provide the direction thus ensuring the overall success of the event
• Ensure proper cost management that falls within given budgets
Requirements :: • Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to communicate confidently on the telephone
• Creative and original, possess a great flair for writing
• A team player with a pleasant personality to complement the the other members
• A Bachelors degree (or higher) in any field
• Minimum 1 year commercial experience and good business sense. Those with MICE experience is encouraged to apply
• Organized and highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to complete projects within tight deadlines
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Confident fresh graduates with excellent communication skills will be considered
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Preference will be given to those who can start immediately
