- • Establishing and maintaining regular communication with overseas customer.
• To analyze international market information and provide feedback on market activities and trend.
• To develop, retain and maintain new & existing customers.
• To plan effective market development strategies and achieve sales target.
• To ensure customer' requests, enquiries and complaints are well attended and responded in timely manner.
• Create and conceptualize product and brand image. Maintain and organized new product launching, promotion, activities campaign.
• Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also track collection.
• To enhance customer relationship and satisfaction (oversea travelling is required if necessary)
• To assist in Sales Department for better and effective marketing strategy and plan.
• To assist others duties may assigned by management. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Adobe PhotoShop.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English - Lowest Qualification :
