Description :: • Lead printing operator to deliver product that meets customer expectation. Provide guidance or suggestion to customer/client if the artwork file (or any causes) cannot produce/achieve expected result.
• Manage customer press check expectation.
• Ability to deep dive printing defect, provide solution to address root cause.
• Ability to lead the team to meet productivity target.
• Ability to lead the team to streamline operation cost.
• Consistently look for improvement opportunity.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in printing industry, possess at least 10 years and above in managing printing production.
• Added advantage for the candidate who has printing or packaging background.
• Good working attitude, aggressive, a problem solver & a team player.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
