- Assist in providing full spectrum of HRM support to the HR Manager, specializing in payroll
administration.
- To process the mid-month & end-month salaries by processing the attendance reports, verify OT,
- Handle all statutory matters like Income Tax, EPF and SOCSO submissions and addressing the
enquiries.
- Prepare offer letter, confirmation letter, salary revision letter, warning letter, show cause letter,
transfer letter and termination letter.
- Monitor employees’ disciplinary issues such as follows up show cause letters, warning letters and
termination letters.
- Conduct counselling and manage performance / disciplinary issues when necessary.
- Maintain good filing system and Human Resource records for easy retrieval purposes.
- Upkeep all staff personal records and keeping track of HR expenses.
- Assist in recruitment matters, sourcing, scheduling of interviews and help to follow up with short
listed candidate(s).
- To conduct orientation and induction training to new staff.
- To coordinate with the accounts department for the preparation of cheque payment for part timers,
contract / casual workers, new staff and resigned staff.
- To handle leave administration.
- To arrange for CIDB training, renewal of member card and medical check-up for staff.
- Assist to prepare the annual EA FORM, PCB, CP38 and computation of company annual returns to
be submitted to the statutory boards and staff accordingly.
- To assist and support the HR Manager in implementation of HR policies that adhere to company and
group objectives 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A team player with good organizing and planning skills.

Description

Established in 2006, Castwell Industries (M) Sdn Bhd started its operation on a 700 sqm area as its first office and factory in Balakong, Selangor. The main business focus was manufacture server racking system, indoor and outdoor cabinet, customized steel products and fabrication works.

In year 2007, Castwell was awarded with its first IBS Modular Project for Kota Masai in Johor, this IBS system was later being recognized by the Minister of Education. In the same year, Castwell started its mass production journey of IBS Modular System. In order to cater to the mass production and increasing market demand, the area of Castwell premise which consists of operation office and factory was progressively extended from 1,500 sqm in year 2008 to 7,500 sqm in the next year and extended again to 15,000 sqm in year 2010. On 24 December 2013, Castwell premise was relocated to its own land in Kajang, a total area of 30,000 sqm space was converted to be its existing headquarter office cum factory.

In year 2014, Castwell participated in a charity event by building new home to Kelantan flood victims, that was the first time Castwell’s first version of modular home introduced to the market. In the following years, Castwell was awarded numerous projects in Oil and Gas Industry, mostly are 4-storey hostels located in Johor.
