- To promote and market company products.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Build and maintain relationship with existing and prospective customers.
Assist in planning and execution of company projects.
Build and penetrate new sales.
Excellent communication with the ability to sell our advertising products.
Manage all relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible.
Develops, writes and communicates marketing plans, promotions, newsletters
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Perform customer verification.
Set up/manage new customer accounts.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Organise workflow to meet customer time frames.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media.
Excellent communicator.
Creative thinker with ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position. - Requirements :
- Experience in display products/advertising would be an advantage.
Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
Degree/diploma or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in both Malay & English.
At least 2 years experience in marketing field preferably in advertising - Lowest Qualification :
