Description :: Build rapport with clients to foster longterm relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients.
Plan, strategise, manage, and monitor clients’ digital requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist clients with high severity requests or issues escalations as needed.
Collaborate with the social team, designers and developers, copywriters, and the sales team to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
Manage and supervise a team of account executives to ensure efficiency.
Responsible for payment collection and ensuring clients comply to credit term applied.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 45 year(s) of working experience in client servicing/at digital/creative agency.
Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure
A passion in helping our clients to succeed digitally.
Able to contribute ideas and execute creative campaigns
Networking strategically to build new business
Knowledge of and interest in digital marketing industry
