- To oversee the Sales and Activation department.
To ensure that all sales personnel achieve their passive and sales target.
To ensure that all staffs contribute towards achieving group sales target.
Manage all sales personnel’s WIP reports.
To prepare weekly secured events and event forecast report.
To prepare monthly secured, active and loss business report on weekly basis. (To be prepared after WIP submission.)
To conduct sales meeting, coordination meeting and post mortem meeting.
To prepare minutes of meeting.
Coordinate with the Telemarketer to follow up on existing company excel database and to generate new database.
To manage the store inventory list and to handle rate card and cost control with finance department.
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Others or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, Tamil
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
