Description :: Handle full set of accounts, GL, and other accounting functions. Maintaining proper accounting records and fillings.
Compile, analyze financial information, for preparation of financial statements including monthly and annual account
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities
Timely and accurate payments on clients' invoices, statement of accounts
Maintain overall cash flow
Verify expenses report, process payment via cheque or online transfer
Update all accounting transactions on Quickbook Online
Undertake matters on administration, human resources, banking, government liaison
Liaise with company accountant on the submission of yeartoyear accounting and auditing
File GST according to schedule
Other tasks to be assigned
Requirements :: Must posses at least a professional certificate, diploman in accountancy, finance or equivalent
