Description :: - Customer servicing – attend to and follow up with customer inquiry, complaint, feedback,
correspondence, etc.
- Process customer order and follow up with the order arrangement.
- Liaise with Production Department for ensuring the ordered goods’ requirements are fulfilled.
- Liaise with Logistics Department for ontime delivery to customer.
- Generate relevant reports and forecast by weekly basis for management review.
- Customer sourcing, evaluation and negotiation.
- Collection of market information – pricing, market analysis, global economy trend and etc.
- Preparation of document for purchase procedure, e.g. prepare quotation, sales agreement
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma
-Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
- Good interpersonal and communication/negotiation skill; good contact with customer.
