Description :: 1. The focus of the rol is to help ensure that stores maximise turnover, profit and sell through by using their retail space commercially through visual merchandising and space management.
2. Planning merchandising guidelines based on commercialize, profitability and with the customer experience in mind.
3. Produce weekly store bulletins for the stores regarding new products and price change lines.
4. Analyse sales and stock information to react to in-season trading patterns and product sell through.
5. Work with the buying department to develop packaging that reflects our key objectives - clarity to the customer whilst maximising product density per space.
6. Work with the projects department to develop timely guidelines for new stores/unitary.
7. Play an active part in new store installations and re-fits.
8. Assist with the Visual Merchandising training of new and existing management at our HO based training centre
Requirements :: 1. A Degree/Diploma in related field with experience in store visual merchandising role in a retail environment.
2. At least 4-5 years working experience in visual merchandising environment.
3. Excellent leadership and influencing skills and also strong communicator both verbally and in written.
4. Self-motivated, result driven and good decision making skills.
5. Proactive team player and ability to work well under pressure.
6. Willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellence.
7. Good knowledge of Excel & Words and Adobe Design Package is an advantage.
