Description :: - To perform incoming products inspection and confirmation.
- To safeguard product quality and only deliver quality product to customer.
- To follow up with supplier if any incoming product rejected by QC inspector.
- To follow up with internal department for the operation issue.
- To perform supplier audit to ensure supplier follow our specification
- To handle customer feedback claim
- To compile customer feedback data and analysis for product quality enhancement and improvement.
- To deal with supplier for the product damage claim by customer.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder

- Must good communication and interpersonal skill
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skill preferred
