-Handle all secretarial functions on the day to day basis for the Centre Manager
-Prepare monthly duty roster, compiling monthly management report, HOD's weekly meeting minutes, Internal Audit Fidings and Yearly Business Planning
-Process and distribute all related documentation effectively, maintain all documentations in and orderly manner and commitment to handle P&C materials.
-Arranging and co-coordinating with HQ for TA/agreements/contracts signature and assisting others as and when required.
-Monthly Management Meeting

Qualifications :
-At least Professional/Diploma qualification in Secretarial or any relevant qualification.

Other Requirements :
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 1-2 years related experience.
-Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Computer literate
-Good communication skills
