- - To coordinate and delegate work as directed to enable the Managing Director / General Manager to lead, develop and execute the Company's business plan and activities effectively and efficiently.
- To follow up and interact with Company Managers/ Heads of Department on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
- Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of Managing Director / General Manager to ensure he/she is prepared for all engagements.
- Dealing with correspondences, writing letters, daily incoming e-mail, faxes and posting of outgoing mail.
- Assist Managing Director / General Manager to prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and materials for presentations in meetings.
- Filter general information, queries and phone calls.
- Coordinate appointment, meeting, conferences and maintain Managing Director / General Manager's calendar.
- Attend meeting with Managing Director / General Manager, minute issues arising and follow up on behalf of the Director / Group General Manager.
- To maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Any other assignments as and when required. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must have at least Diploma.
- University final year students are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels.
