- • Assist in compile and update of information/ brochures & catalogues.
• Arrange of sourcing of quotations, prepare purchase order and other relevant documentation for approved purchases
• Matching delivery order against purchase order to ensure that quantity and materials delivered are in order
• Match invoices against delivery orders and arrange for approval
• General clerical, typing, Photostatting and filing duties, and ensure that a proper system, record of files, documents, etc is maintained and updated from time to time
• Assist in to telephone calls/ guests and taking down message/ enquiries in the absence of immediate superior
• To relief duty as clerk in other department/ division as and when necessary
• Do Purchase Order, Delivery Order
• No need to travel
We offer: - * 5 days work week * working hours : 9am - 6pm
