Description :: - Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Conduct interview
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource
- Management or equivalent with 1 years working experience
- Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work immediately.
