Description :
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of key staff for Malaysia operations.
2. Align, implement and monitor compensation and benefits program and packages to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees.
3. Able to liaise with Government / local authorities to ensure a good rapport and image of the company is maintained.
4. Able to implement performance management and appraisal system effectively, measure and manage the performance of employee.
5. Review, develop and implement training for the company.
6. Coordinate and report Key HR statistics on a periodic and timely basis. 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, and Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Good attitude, positive minded, self-motivated person and independent.
3. Analytical and good interpersonal, communication & organization skill.
4. Computer literate, possess own transport and be able to travel moderately.
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
6. Preferably experience and specializing in Human Resources and Industrial Relations matters or equivalent.
