To assist and support Finance & Accounting department, HR, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Familiar with labor law, EPF, SOSCO and TAX.
Perform all office administrative tasks & meet all assigned deadlines as required and secretarial duties.
Attendance report, compile/prepare related report, correspondences and documentation.
Purchases order, maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents and data entry job.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned 
Requirements :
Skills / Qualifications Required: Candidate must possess at least a SPM level and above or degree in Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Aged below 30 years old
Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and internet and office software.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Good communications skill , well versed in oral and written in English/ Mandarin /Malay.
Pleasant personality with the right attitude, strong interpersonal skill, flexible.
Able to plan and execute responsibilities independently as well as work in a team.
Able to multitask, work under pressure and detail oriented.
