- Nominations of participants from each Department before the training go on.
- Dealing with the hotel and training provider to ensure the cost is under the budget.
- Coordinate the training program include ad-hoc, public program and internal training on training days.
- Prepare reports on the training evaluation and training effectiveness.
- Proceed to HRDF Claim if necessary.
