Description :: - Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training & Development as well as Employee Relations.
- Developing and implementing a regional HR strategy.
- Driving a talent focused HR strategy that will attract, train and retain the best.
- Manage manpower planning and staffing, recruitment and selection.
- Develop talent management and review systems for succession planning.
- Review of compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness.
- Attend to disciplinary issues, staff grievances and counseling.
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 3 years in managerial role is required for this position.
- Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia. ( spoken and writing )
- Able to work independently in a challenging working environment.
- Well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transport
