- Answering Phones and Scheduling Appointments
- Preparing and Sending Correspondence
- Arrange agendas and make arrangements for management and special meetings
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Collect and maintain PC inventory.

Requirements :
- Minimum SPM holder required. At least 1-2 years working experience in any related field.
