Description :: - Drive the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- MUST experienced and familiar in KDN and Immigration affairs and full foreign worker affairs include KDN application, new foreign workers’ orientation, hostel arrangement, FOMEMA, renew permit and etc.
- To cover staffing matter including direct recruitment, interview, and leading to making offers in order to assist reduce manpower shortage problem in production.
- Manage new staff orientation.
- Discuss with top management and arrange training for staff that needed in skills/ knowledge improvement.
- To handle HRDF claim.
- Any jobs assigned by Operation Manager and Directors.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Administration or equivalent.
- Strong experiences without qualification also preferable.
- At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Able to work under fast pace environment.
- Good in staffing, counseling, communication skills, team player and stress management.
- Prefer Chinese Female/Male.
