Bhd. and as a sole proprietorship in accordance with the Company Act. 1965.With the incorporation, Poh Brothers has undertaken the design and build of factories and workshop on a turnkey basis for local Malacca market. From hardwork, the first project of Taman Industri Malim Jaya was managed to sale and unexpected response from investorswithin 1 month to sold out total 242 units. The incredible sale performance shows the commitment and service of the company to its valued customers.

Following to the rapid growth of Malacca property development, the company has expanded its project on year 2001 to the housing and commercial development at Taman Paya Rumput Indah with a total 1,100 units. The project was handing over within 5 years and purchasers were impressive of the innovative design and quality built by us. Till today, the project is still well known throughout Malacca property. Since then, the company has developed and completed more projects in Sungai Rambai â€“ Taman Sungai Rambai Indah and Bukit Rambai â€“ Taman Bukit Rambai Indah.After a time frame of 12 years, the company was restructured on January 2008 and has changed the company name now known as PB Realty Sdn Bhd.
