Description :: -To assist the Group Vice President in areas involving management and administration of group of Companies.
- To prepare confidential reports, correspondence and minute of meeting.
- To control and maintain an efficient filing system for smooth data retrieving.
- To work closely with all department head and operation manager for greater operational efficiency and effective communication to and from the Vice President to meet the Company’s objective.
- Monitoring of deadlines and follow-up with respective teams and operation manager on progress from time to time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff, client and business partner.
- Willing to work long hours as and when necessary.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Highly organized and able to adapt and adopt to changing priorities in no time.
