Description :: • Conduct inspection of units to ensure all defects rectification works are carried out properly.
• Ensure proper maintenance of unsold units and vacant sites or estate.
• Ensure complaints on defects are answered and rectified in accordance to the contractual requirements within the time frame.
• Maintain property filing system.
• Update Defects Status (& Keys) Monitoring Form.
• Assist the Property Management Manager to feedback to the Project Department on design problems faced by purchasers.
Requirements :: • Minimum Diploma in Building Technology, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in high-rise residential and landed property management or maintenance.
• PC literate.
• Customer responsive and action orientated.
