1. As the secretary to both committees of the Board and Management
2. Consolidate Minutes of board level meetings for submission to Bank Negara Malaysia
3. Consolidate Monthly Function Report for submission to the Management
4. Perform any other general company secretarial duties
5. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required 
Requirements :
1. Possess Company Secretarial License issued by CCM / holder of a Professional Certificate in Corporate Secretarial or equivalent (e. g. MAIICSA)
2. Possess a Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent
3. At least 5 years relevant working experience i.e. legal and corporate secretarial
4. Able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines
5. Good analytical and report writing skills i.e. ability to gather facts, analyze the findings with logical reasoning and to present the issues/facts/findings in a clear, logical and objective manner
6. Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels
7. Multi-tasking
8. Possess good working attitude
9. Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English for both written and spoken
