- 1. Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings
2. Assist to prepare any materials required for meetings
3. Prepare presentations and other related tasks.
4. Secretarial and administrative tasks such as screening of calls, attending to correspondences, tracking and arranging of documents for signature, drafting letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system as well management and organization of Director office
5. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines yet consistent and professional service.
6. Able to manage and administer general, Board and Committee meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of minutes thereafter
7. Experience in Construction & Property will be an added advantage.
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Ability to filter information and assess priorities
- Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
3. Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken
4. Ability to work independently
5. Ability for multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environment with a high degree of confidentiality
6. A problem-solver and resourceful to research for information
7. Possess own transport
8. Willing to travel as and when required
9. Able to interact with people of all level
