- • Lead the Purchasing Department in procuring material requirements for the Company.
• Responsible for all vendor selection and price negotiations according to the requirements.
• Analyzing cost and make appropriate sourcing recommendations.
• Monitor all the process requisition and purchase order for supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement purchasing procedures.
• Review, evaluate and approve for suppliers.
• Source for new suppliers to ensure new price.
• Coordinate with Estimation departments regarding material and service prices and guarantee procuring at or lower than internally agreed prices. - Requirements :
- • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Purchasing/ Account/ Finance/ Materials Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in IFCA system.
• High interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
• Minimum 5-8 years working experience relating to purchasing.
• Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing tasks on hand
• Proficient in verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in Danga Bay Johor Bahru - Lowest Qualification :
