Description :: • To perform all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements, regulations and guidelines
• Prepare annual returns and online submission for any statutory forms to be lodged with CCM for the group
• Prepare directors’ circular resolutions
• Attend meetings and take minutes of meetings of committee, directors or shareholders as and when instructed
• Maintaining and updating all Registers, Minutes Books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016
• Monitoring and complying with statutory and regulatory deadlines
• Liaise with external auditors relating to audit of statutory records
• Draft and prepare letters as and required
• Prepare and collate relevant documents/material for all meetings
Requirements :: • ICSA certificate
• A least 2 years of experience handling corporate secretarial work and familiarise in handling public listed company is an advantage
• Familiar with the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Listing Requirements
• Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
• Meticulous and strong interpersonal skills
