• To arrange MD’s daily schedule and itinerary
• To check all docs and cheques prior to MD’s signing
• To do travel arrangement of ticketing, transportation, accommodation and travel insurance
• To prepare, circulate and follow up on meeting minutes
• To update Sales target
• To assist any business and personal matter which related with MD.
• Upkeep of MD Office and conference room
• Arrangement of Festival gift
• Overseeing receptionist’s performance
• Ad-hoc projects or other admin related duties in MD's office. 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. In Business Admin or Secretarial will be advatange.
• Good command of English is a MUST.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Secretary/Admin Support) is required for this position.
