- 1. Have at Least 1 Year Working Experience as a Customer Service Agent or Administrative Experience
2. Excel in Speaking and Writing in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
3. Excellent client-facing and communication skills
4. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
5. Willing to Learn and possess Good Teamwork - Lowest Qualification :
