Description :: 1. To deal with IMMIGRATION MALAYSIA, MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIR, LABOUR OFFICE and
other appropriate bodies to obtain permissions required for employment with the Company.
2. Person In charge in KDN new foreign worker quota, submission and application VDR (Foreign worker) – FWCMS.
3. Monthly foreign worker permit renewal (MYEG)/ FOMEMA/ Check Out Memo (COM) and Special pass.
4. Deal with insurance bodies for claim (PERKESO & FWCS ).
5. Handling police matter (Foreign worker matter).
6. Deal with Government Organization on licensing – MPJB/ KPDNKK/ MINISTRY OF HEALTH/ ENERGY COMMISSION.
7. Company vehicle road tax renewal and Puspakom inspection.
8. Handling disciplinary issues – Foreign Workers.
9. ESD application and renewal.
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma in Human resource or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
