Description :: - Keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating HR practices to maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Lead payroll function and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports.
- Responsible to manage employee conflicts and disciplinary issues to maintain harmonious industrial relationship.
- Develop, implement and review payroll and other HR policies and procedures to be in line with
- Company’s direction and market practice.
- Administer staff benefits and welfare such annual leave, medical claims, gift etc.
- Manage foreign workers matters including renewal of work permit, hostel management etc.

- Oversee the preparation of monthly HR reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned
