Description :: - Responsible for the payroll calculation of 100 headcounts.
- To manage company administration, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, discipline, security, foreign workers and other HR related matters.
- To liaise with any relevant Government Department and Local Authorities.
- To communicate and implement all human resource and Admin policies and procedures.
- To handle employee relation issues, counselling, misconduct investigation, grievance and etc.
- To update, maintain and safe keep of employees’ personal files and other documents.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

- Possess own transport, light travelling required.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
