- • Perform secretarial duties, daily office administrative works and handle confidential matters.
• Scheduling, attending and follow up both external and internal meetings, appointment, notifying relevant parties on the venue details if required.
• Arranging travel, accommodation, visas when needed.
• Ad-hoc secretary works and run errands for superior when required.
• Maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business partner and external parties.
• Maintaining business/client contact database.
• Maintain proper and systematic documents filling systems.
• Must be able to handle multitasking job and undertake special assignment / ad-hoc duties when necessary.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Able to work on own initiative and beyond working hours.
• Discretion, trustworthiness and confidentially.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within JB Area.
