1) Attend to all secretarial tasks, personal, administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Director/ Asst. General Manager.
2) Arranging appointments, taking dictation and minutes.
3) To prepare all correspondences and contact with internal and external parties.
4) To contact with legal & company secretary, banking facilities, and statutory matter.
5) To assist in preparation and filing of confidential reports and data.
6) To assist in organizing ad-hoc functions or events when need. 
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in related field.
- At least 1 year related experience or above.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application.
- Able to work independently, possess a tight sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
