Description :: - Reporting daily admin activities to immediate superior.
- To handle invoice checking & verifications.
- Manage & monitoring petty cash with properly documented the forms.
- Ensure all procurement supported by approved PO.
- Involve & prepare the invoicing & must be done within 5 working days after job is completed.
- Assist in OHSAS & ISO documentation.
- Monitor Klang staff attendance.
- Sourcing & purchasing of office & operation equipment.
- Involve in all administrative duties such as proper documentation arrangement, record & filing in accordance to superior request.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by superior as when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Required languages: English & Malay.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant, initiative, organized and have strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good planning & follow up with negotiation skills, tactful & pro-active.
- Possess own transport.
