The core business of the organisation has been the marketing and sales of imported heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. KW Machinery Sdn Bhd is your one stop heavy-duty machinery supplier and producer as well as after-sale service and support service provider. It is our goal to provide nothing but the best in all encompassing and quality heavy-duty machinery service to our clientele in order to build and strengthen a flawless repertoire with our customer base. By forging close ties with the manufacturers of various Japanese brands we have managed to forge special ties with our partners in the Far East as we share similar values in enhancing and upgrading our services in both Malaysian and Japanese society. We strive to be a worthy competitor in the market and aim to strengthen the organisation's credibility and performance in the hopes of forging strong bonds as the number #1 go-to heavy duty machinery provider, producer and enhancer in East Malaysia.

To cater to the many needs, requests and high demands of our clientele, we also ventured into launching JARRI Engineering Sdn Bhd that same year. The organisations second factory that deals specifically with production, JARRI Engineering Sdn Bhd is located off the Lintas Sepangar Highway. It is an organisation that focuses specifically on our clientele's demand for rapid production. Seeing the great success of KW Machinery Sdn Bhd has had since it first began, three new core subsidiary buesinesses were established in 2016. KW Stainless Steel, Business On Wheels (BOW) and KW GPS all serve a purpose in providing the complete package in industrial machinery trade, production and installation. Today, KW Machinery Sdn Bhd has four companies under its wing, two factories and fifty full time workers. In just a few years, KW Machinery Sdn Bhd has expanded and has now become a formidable competitor in the heavy-duty machinery industry in Malaysia.
