- - Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource (‘HR’) and Administration Provide overall management, human resource direction, coaching and guidance
on all employee related matters.
- Plan targeted at maximizing attraction and retention of talent.
- Lead the effort to work with hiring managers on recruitment, on-boarding, talent development, compensation management and succession planning.
- Analyse the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes and update as required.
- Create and manage all compensation and benefit plans, including job evaluation systems and recommendations for job description updates.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Develop systems and processes that ensure compliance with applicable legislation and laws.
- Manage and coordinate temporary and permanent domestic and international assignments and relocations.
- This includes liaison with corporate, tax and legal consultants as well as employment and immigration officials ensuring compliance with all governing laws and requirements.
- Manage the HR/Training & Development budget within company guidelines.
- Mentor, develops and provides on-the-job training to his/her staff to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in Human Resource management, preferably similar in the industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well versed with Employment / Labour Laws.
- Strong in Industry Relation will be advantages.
- Independent with strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills, self-starter and proactive.
- Must be a team player
- Coaching, training, presentation and facilitation skills - Lowest Qualification :
