- • To give support to in-house corporate affairs and legal department
• To prepare and vet legal documents and company secretarial documents
• To coordinate with external lawyers for legal matters - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in corporate law/ legal exposure especially in handling legal issue, contract negotiation and business arrangement for MNC manufacturing sector.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be articulate and possess excellent research writing & analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work independently and have a strong commitment to ensure corporate/ legal compliance.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
