Description :: 1. Plans, directs, and organizes the HR Procedure and processes consistent with current policy and goals; evaluates current procedures and recommends changes.
2. Supervise HR department staff and assists staff in resolving non-routine issues in their respective areas and investigates problems and employee complaints.
3. Advises and consults with Head of HR on employee and human resources issues in the areas of compensation/classification, workers compensation, grievance procedures, and other areas impacted by employment law. Monitors staffing needs of departments.
4. Advises and consults with Head of HR on employee and human resources issues in the areas of compensation/classification, workers compensation, grievance procedures, and other areas impacted by employment law.
5. Partners with administrators to investigate, assess and implement disciplinary and corrective action.
6. Attends employee meetings addressing performance concerns and works with director and legal services to facilitate appropriate personnel actions. Manages HR department services to administrators to support performance management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
