Description :: - Provide administrative support to the Executive/Manager such as typing, sending faxes, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Attend to incoming calls, faxes and mails.
- Maintain a good filing system to enable easy retrieval of files at all times.
- Custodian of petty cash for purchases of tools & accessories and sundries, staff welfare, etc.
- Assist the Factory Manager to check contents of Purchase Order issued by Head Office for purchases of materials, equipment, etc.
- Monitor and submit Attendance Record to Human Resource Department for payroll and overtime computation.
- Liaise with Human Resource Department on personnel records and staff welfare.
- Follow work instructions to achieve the compliance to the quality policy and objectives of the Company.
- Perform any other related assignments as and when directed by Superior
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM or its equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience, preferably in factory environment.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Able toperform general administrative functions with minimum supervision.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
