Description :: - Checking & monitor employees attendance.
- Update employees record (personal file, leave, report etc).
- Control and checking on company assets and sundries expenses.
- Handling mailing & courier of documents.
- Preparing letter of employment, confirmation, employee batch and conduct orientation for new employee.
- Responsible for all staffs payroll administration function & any claims.
- Responsible to submit statutory report - EPF, Socso, Tax, HRDF.
- To perform any other assignment of other duties as and when required by superior
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SUNGAI PETANI.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in HR, Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
